TPC Pitching Coordinator
TPC Baseball is seeking a Pitching Coordinator to develop, manage and run our pitching/throwing training and player evaluations programs.
Responsibilities include: ongoing training curriculum design, technology implementation (Rapsodo, Pitch logic, HitTrax, ArmCare.com, etc), teaching training classes and private lessons, and training staff instructors. On site and remote player training.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for both teaching and learning, excellent/adaptable communication skills, and a comfort/proficiency working with technology and data. We are looking for a motivated self starter who would like to contribute to a well established and rapidly growing baseball training operation. Collegiate or professional playing and/or coaching experience is desired. Previous experience training players at any ages is also desired.
This is a 3/4 to full time position with a multi level pay scale between $25 – $80+ /hr. Additional commission, benefits, and bonus opportunities are also available. The position is on site at our Northern CA (Livermore) training facility.

We are currently seeking a Strength and Athletic Performance Coach to join our staff of dedicated professional baseball & softball skills trainers. Our ideal candidate has education and experience working as a personal trainer and/or strength coach The candidate also understands how to craft online programs and has a passion for helping others achieve their athletic goals. We’re looking for a Trainer who has exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly, integrity and professionalism, as well as a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. The position includes an existing schedule of small group strength classes recurring weekly and attended by our active members. Our weight room facility is available for the candidate to bring and build personal and additional small group and specialty training programs.
The position is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset looking to grow a business opportunity, leveraging an existing facility and athlete clientele.
Compensation: $25 – $80+ per hour

Experience/Qualifications:
- Applicable strength/fitness coaching certification

The Bay Area’s top baseball & softball \ training facility, TPC Baseball, The Pitching Center Inc., seeks a Member Services Specialist to join our staff.
The Member Services Specialist will work directly with current and prospective members as the professional, first point of contact. The successful candidate must be engaging with all customers, dependable and motivated to be a contributing part of a growing small business. You must be energetic and enjoy working as a team with our training staff. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, customer service mindset and an interest in athletics and sports administration.
Part-Time: evenings & weekends (12 – 18 hrs/wk)
Pay: $16 – $20/hr based on experience. Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities include: Teaching in small group training classes and private lessons. On site and remote player training. Pursuing an ongoing education in fastpitch mechanics and training techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for both teaching and learning, excellent/adaptable communication skills, and a comfort/proficiency working with technology and data. Collegiate or professional playing and/or coaching experience is desired. Previous experience training players at any ages is also desired.
